To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires after 24 hours for security purposes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

You can upgrade your plan anytime from the Pricing page or your account Settings. Go to Settings, then Billing, and click on "Change Plan". You'll only be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without any cancellation fees. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate your account.
You can export your data from the Settings page. Go to Settings, then Data Management, and click on "Export Data". You can choose to export in CSV, JSON, or PDF format. The export will be emailed to you once ready. Large exports may take a few minutes to process.
